Hello Tweeters

I have noted a number of requests for info
on Mexican birding locations and just rec'd
this message from UKBN that may prove
of value to those headed south to warmer
climes!! It is really a mixed bag by size
and complexity but a lot of neat info and
comments.

If this info was previously posted to
Tweeters, I'll apologize in advance for
repeating it.

Hello Everyone;

In keeping with the tradition of New Year resolutions, I buckled down, and
began to teach myself the rudiments of Web Page creating and loading. And
I began to assemble "The Americas Natural History Trip Report Repository".
Unsurprisingly, it is a lot of work, and much remains to be done. But,
I've finished Mexico, and have it up and running, and so people might as
well have access to it. The URL is:

http://www3.ns.sympatico.ca/ns/maybank/Mexico-Index.htm

This is a personal, non-commercial site. Any and all feedback appreciated.

Regarding the rest of "The Americas", I'll be working section by section,
likely doing the Caribbean next, followed by Central America, then South
America. I'll leave the U.S. and Canada for last, as those areas are
better covered by bird-finding guides than the rest of the two continents.
And if the Mexico section is anything to go by, I'm going to need more Web
Space before too long.

I've got to do the other parts of the Repository as well, including the
introduction, links, etc, but everything in time. I wanted to make the
Mexico portion available to you in the meantime. After all, it's winter,
and some of you may be planning trips there, or at least dreaming about
them.

Slainte, and Good Birding,
