Tweeters,

Since mid-December, there has been a Northern Saw-whet Owl roosting in my
yard. It seems to change roost trees rather frequently, so it is not a
sure bet if you come. We did get it on our Yakima Christmas Count in a
Douglas fir; I found it again in early January in incense cedar and rocky
mountain junipers and again yesterday afternoon when I showed it to Cindy
Lippincott and Bob Berman (of the ABA).

Call (509) 877-4446 (work), 877-6639 (home), or e-mail (steppie at
wolfenet.com) if interested in trying for this cute fella. The location is
about 10 miles south of Yakima off I-82.
