Hi Tweets,

Sunday on Camano Island, I saw a female Northern Harrier with a yellow
plastic patagial tag. The tag was on the right wing, and marked with a
black "F."

Does anyone know whose bird this is? I know about the usual channels to
report marked birds (to Mary Gustafson at the banding lab), but would like
to cut straight to the marker, if possible.
