On the Tweeters Kent Ponds trip, we also saw a harrier with a distict
yellow wrist mark on one wing. Didn't get a good enough look to see if it
was some kind of band, but it definitely didn't look normal. I would also
like to thank the trip organizers--a great day with good people and good
birding!
