We had an ELWAS field trip to Magnuson Park this morning. We had 14 birders
and saw 42 species in about 3 hours. Highlights were:
Common Loon - 1
4 Grebe species
Eurasian Wigeon - 1
Canvasback - 1
Bald Eagle - 1 immature
Northern Harrier - 1
Cooper's Hawk - 1
Rough-legged Hawk - 1 being harassed in flight by a Short-eared Owl
Short-eared Owl
Anna's Hummingbird - 1
Belted Kingfisher - 1 male
Fox Sparrow - 1
