Yesterday I was checking the gulls on Banks Lake near Grand Coulee and
spotted what I thought was a GLAUCOUS GULL in the midst of several
HERRING GULLs. Today Sandy and I went back and spotted it again, and
after checking Peterson's, NG, Stokes, Thayers and most of all, Gulls a
Guide to Identification by PJ Grant, we both think it is a GLGU.

We are a bit hesitant to say for sure since it would be a lifer for us
and we ain't too good with them thar gulls. :-)

In the 93 and 96 Grand Coulee CBC a GLGU was reported.
