I just saw Greg's comment on the recapture of the Hooded Crane recapture
after talking with someone about sighting a Wood Stork SW of the Hwy 167 and
277th interchange, Kent. Seems I saw some discussion of this bird awhile
back but don't remember what its provenance was --- local escapee, banded
bird, unknown? I did not see the bird but the description was good.

I would appreciate comments.

The hooded crane which escaped from the zoo last Tuesday evening was
captured by Sarvey Wildlife Rescue last night and was returned to the zoo
this morning. Thanks to those of you who offered their assistance and helped
trying to spot the bird.
