Hi,

I suppose the hearing went o.k. but not nearly as well as I had hoped.
The absence of people from tweeters was notable (Hey Scott! where were
you??). Anyway, We are just going to have to wait and see what the
hearing examiner's recommendation is call me a pessimist, but I think
the entire thing was just a sham put together buy the city of
Shoreline. I think that even if the hearing examiner decides against
this project, the city will go ahead and issue the grading and clearing
permits anyway. I think the city just held the hearing (they weren't
required too) to appease people. Anyway, I am afraid that it is going
to come down to legal action. Hey Ed! Can you send that list to me?

Oh, and the Lincoln's sparrow? It was not video taped, it was just
photographed, still should be good enough though.
