I went into the www.AKILO.com site that was given us in reference to his
survey message (I forget the name) and copied the following:

Crown Balloons -- A new system using
14 large
helium filled balloons for travel over
really terrible
terrain (while attached to treetops
and/or sea
anchors).

Can someone please tell me what this might have to do with close
encounters with snowy owls and peregrine falcons?? Does anyone know about
"crown balloons?" Are they bird-friendly?

I guess my hindsight had me wondering about a "survey" that didn't explain
what it was all about in the beginning.
