Scott: I see a Tattler on Ediz Hook at or near that location about every
year during my weekly strolls along road, typically in earlier part of
summer; saw one this year a while back. Also noticed a gull flying over
road recently with strikingly, black-tipped wings & wondered if it might
not be a BL Kittiwake, but not certain enough.
