Clarification on the "Trivia" Question needed here......

The State Birds I'm thinking of are the most common "official" state
birds.

I found a placemat at a road house in Fife with the answers on it. Nice
little map of the USA with the names of the State Flowers and State Birds.

Now, what are the three most common State Birds?
