I was called yesterday by a fairly nearby resident that she felt she
had a HOODED ORIOLE in her backyard. We discussed the differences with a
Bullock's and she said she would call if it came back and there was any
chance it might be seen if I came over.
She did call this morning, I went and it is a male HOODED ORIOLE
coming to a hummingbird feeder. We discussed sharing it with those interested
and she agreed to my inviting Ruth Sullivan to photograph it and my giving
her telephone number out so she would know how many are coming and she can
say whether she would be home.

Incidentally, she has a very attractive Manx kitten with a great
personality which she is trying to find a home for.
