Hello Tweeters,
I made the trip to Joyce twice as of today.The Hooded Oriole was sighted
last onWednesday at 8.30pm. I got there real early about 7.30am and all
kind's of birds was singing ore flying around, so i know there was no
Cooper's Hawk around like on Wednesday.9 birders came and we all waited
anxious to see this bird. After few hours with no showing it became obvious
that this bird left the area.
It was averry nice visit to meet Beverly who knows her birds so well and
was such a nice person to meet.
While i was visiting her HOMESTEAD and one have to see this unique hous
which kept in the family for over 100 years.The yard is kept verry natural
and would make a good photo for Sunset Magazine. It certainly was worth the
trip and visiting this nice folk.I got some good tips from Beverly how to
find Dragonflies in Clallam Co.

I did a little birding going home, there was not to much action on the
Three Crabs in Sequim.
On the beach this focks of Least and few Wester Sandpipers.On the pond 1
Greater Yellowlegs with other side by side Lesser Yellowlegs
Sequim Bay:
15 Black-bellied Plover
3 Marbled Godwit
12 Whimbrel
25 Dowitcher species(i think Short-billed)
25 Boneparte Gull's(most in breeding Plumage)
