Tyler, don't you live in Shoreline? I grew up out there, and used to see Bullock's orioles at Richmond Beach County Park. They were in the cottonwoods and alders along the ditch and hillside above the tracks. A good viewing point is along the footbridge that crosses the tracts. The orioles have a call that can best be described as a "chatter"; that's a good way to locate them.
