More importantly than the publication date, Wayne Campbell, senior
author of the book, told me last month that they expect to have the
working proofs of all the accounts in the bag by the end of this August.
That includes the accounts being peer reviewed. So anyone who would
like to contribute to this effort has only a few short months left to
get their data in (anything past vireos in the old taxonomy). Send

Especially appreciated would be any nesting records which have not been
