Roundup is toxic to earthworms, benefical insects, birds, and mammals .
Plus it destroys the vegetation >on which they depennd for food and
shelter." The editor goes on to say that it has not "broken down" into

Sandi,

You won't be flamed by me, but I would like to suggest that the editor of
"Organic Gardening Magazine" might, just perhaps, have a tiny personal
prejudice against ALL non-organic pesticides and the non-organic
pesticide industry in general.

Given the enormous amount of research that the makers of "Roundup" and
its 'wetlands use' equivelant
"Rodeo" have done, then published and submitted to the EPA, which
indicates that these are relatively safe products,
I guess I would be interested in seeing the research, data, or whatever
it is that this editor has that refutes the information I've been given.
