For the second day, I've seen 2 Red Crossbills at my feeders. One is a
female, the other a juvenile. The only other time I've seen crossbills in my
yard was in August 1997. A welcome yard-bird anytime.

The Red-breasted Sapsucker stopped by again this morning. It had been absent
since May 23rd, after being a regular since March.
