Has anyone been able to follow up on yesterdays report on the WOS Birdbox of a tropical kingbird seen Wednesday at Discovery Park? The observer (forgot name, sorry) reported a Western-type kingbird with a deeply notched tail and lacking white outer webs to the outer retrices.
