I just got this post from a friend (it refers to yesterday, 6/14):

"I got a wonderful look at a Wood Stork today as I was driving just south
of the 1st ave. bridge near West Seattle. Soaring and circling about a
hundred and fifty feet directly above me at aprox. 1:30 this afternoon."

This is a difficult bird to misidentify. I've asked him to write up his
observation for the WBRC.
