In eastern Wash., at the mouth of the Okanogan River in Okanogan Co., on
Tues., June l5th I saw 4 gulls that seem to be Franklin's Gulls. Best
field mark was seeing the grey in the middle of the tail of one that flew.
If we are correct it is a life bird for the two of us seeing them. (Then
are quite close to the reported Least Flycatcher and Red-eyed Vireo.) We
