Subject: Something eating pond fish

My Dad built a very small pond (6x4) and stocked it with goldfish. It's
surrounded by trees so not really visible from the air but it does have a
loud waterfall. He's put about 15 fish in it 3 times and they keep
disappearing. There doesn't seem to be any signs of raccoons eating them
because the edge seems unharmed. My thoughts are that it is a Green Heron.

Dori Monson (KIRO radio talk show host) has a similar problem. Lost 5
during the night and then lost 5 during the day. He's blaming crows.

Any ideas from anyone on what is most likely eating them?
