This spring in southern British Columbia, there seem to have been an
unusual number of American White Pelicans and Franklin's Gulls reported.
I'm curious as to whether or not these may be displaced birds from more
southerly populations.

What are the conditions like this year in Washington, Oregon, Idaho and
Utah for breeding? If any of you have insights into this, please let me
know.
