As promised, I have put together part two of the test for late arrivals.

Yes, I know the weather has been colder and wetter and ickier than
average, but did the birds care? For Clatsop County Oregon, the answer
is some did and some didn't. In other parts of Cascadia the answer
may be quite different.

copy of the analysis Wayne Weber did for his chunk of British Columbia.
