The following report of Broad-tailed Hummer near Metalline Falls in NE WA
coupled with the report from Alan Contereras recently on the group of
Broad-tails near the WA border in NE OR, makes me wonder if it might be a
good time for an adventurous birder with a good deal of time to go
searching for Broads in the Extreme eastern swath of the State. Would be a
pretty good record for WA. Are there any confirmed reports yet for WA? Not
a bad excuse to bird some excellent birding areas either.
