A woman that lives on Swauk Mt. in Issaquah called the East Lake WA AS
regarding the sighting of a male RBGR Friday afternoon. Her report was
referred to me and I called her. We talked at some length and she seemed to
be a quite knowledgeable birder. She watched it at her feeder for a while
before a Black-headed Grosbeak came in and scared it off. She is going to
have a camera ready in case the bird comes back. In the meantime, anyone who
lives near there should be on the look out for the bird.
