Aparently, when vagrating in the west, male Rose-breasted Grosbeaks
Pheuctitius ludovicianus *typically* hybridise with female Black-headed
Grosbeaks P. melanocephalus, and it is--also typically--the males which
bring the (hybrid) young to the feeder.
