Well I don't know about that, but a few years ago (pre-birding days) we
were in Idaho and were eating dinner out on a deck, overhanging the lake,
at a KFC and people were throwing the scraps and bones to the ducks and
fish. We watched a duck grab a bone and a large fish came out of the water
and took the bone away from the duck!!

That is a true story--ask my wife.
