Oh, oh......

I didn't go to work today.....too stormy. So what did I do? After the
wind and rain quit I went out and birded. (I think I'm getting hooked)

Here's what I spotted:

Two pairs of AMERICAN WIGEONS (including the "weird" wigeon)
A pair of RING NECK DUCKS
A pair of BUFFLE HEADS
A pair of HOODED MERGANSERS
One COMMON MERGANSER
One DOUBLE CRESTED CORMORANT
Several MALLARDS
Several GULLS
Some COOTS

Okay Gull experts.....

I saw two differnt types of ADULT gulls there.

One type had dark grey wings and it's wing tips were speckled black and
white.
The other gulls had somewhat lighter wings and its wing tips were
speckled with grey and white.

Both types of gulls had pink-ish grey legs. Some had red spots on the
bottoms of their bills, others had paler spots.
