>From past birding trips, Sierra Vista has both fabulous birding close by
and also services for seniors plus a moderate cost of living. The Green
Valley area south of Tucson may be worth considering, and Tucson itself is
wonderful, but is in danger of becoming over-populated (by some standards,
it already IS too crowded.)
