Columbia Estuary migrant arrivals - 3/3/99

A flock of about 20 TREE SWALLOWS was at Wireless Rd this
afternoon. There was a probable RUFOUS HUMMINGBIRD at the feeder
before the storm hit yesterday (Teresa saw it harassing the ANNA'S
HUMMINGBIRD that is resident)

A GLAUCOUS GULL was in the baseball field near the High School, another
was on Clatsop Beach today. Storm fatalities along the beach were
minimal 2 RHINOCEROS AUKLETS, a BRANDT'S CORMORANT, a WHITE-WINGED
SCOTER and a HARBOR SEAL.
