Hello Tweeters,
I am to my delight read about the first arrival of the Rufous
Hummingbirds.Ibeen having my feeder out a week ago.But the most reliable
source are one of my 5 Wild Currant plant's. Every year sofar when i see
the red buds comming up, i will get my first male Rufous Hummingbird. I
Checked today and to my surprised, there are pink buds showing on one the
earlier plants. The Hummingbird are usual going on the Currant first, so
i have to realy keep my eyes open to see if there arrived. One year we had
Hummers comming, it took them several days before there went to the feeder.
