Wind sout at 15-20mph; Temp 45F

Method: 30 minute (timed) station count from observation deck at Ecola
Point using 20x60 Bushnell spotting scope and 8x50 Bushnell
binoculars. Birds were sorted as to flyby, sitting rocks, sitting
on ocean.

NOTES: The sun was shining, but a stiff wind from the south dropped
the wind chill and made for uncomfortable seawatching. Large numbers
of COMMON MURRES are staging off the rocks at Chapman Pt. A smaller
group is off the Seal Rocks.
