Hi Nancy,

The only call I've heard from Skylark didn't sound any-
thing like a Nighthawk, but the Western Meadowlark has a call
which could be said to sound "Nighthawk-like". It's sort of a
metallic, resoa
metallic, resonant "peent". Of course Meadowlarks have several
other calls as well, icluding a low "chuck" and a rattling noise.
