Fri., March 5th I did some birding at Baskett Slough NWR and had excellent close views of a small group of Canada Geese that were mostly Dusky. But, there were also 4 or 5 with white neck rings at the base of he necks. Anyone know if I saw hutchinsii or leucopareia species? Anyone else see them? In the same group was one goose with normal neck and almost white body: back, breast. A part albino? Also at Baskett saw 7 or 8 Bluebirds. Thanks for any help you can give me. Meredith Spencer
