I actucally spent some time at Greenlake looking at the Canada Geese , which
I usually do not pay much attention to, but I did notice a great variety in
breast color, size, white "necklaces" etc, maybe there are more variations
in color than we humans realize, not just between "species" or "subspecies",
afterall, "they" seem to be able to know each other, their mates, their
flock!
