Hi all, I'd appreciate learning the status of the Army Corps of Engineers
plan to relocate the Caspian Tern colony on Rice Island, in the Columbia
Riover estuary. I'm writing an article for Earthcare NW, the monthly
newsletter of Seattle Audubon, and would like information on whether a
final EA was issued, whether it has been appealed, if the COE is planning
to carry out the relocation this Spring, etc. Thanks very much.
