Greetings Tweeters,

I posted a while back for information on birding in
September in western Washington. I'd like to thank all
those who responded to my request!

I hate to ask for more information, but I am actually going
on a scouting trip next week to western Washington. I was
wondering if you could send me any information on
interesting birds (particularly near Seattle, around the
Olympic Peninsula, the San Juan Islands, and Victoria). Is
the Slaty-backed Gull or Skylark still at Sequim? Anything
else in that area? What are the best areas to see the
"rockpipers"? (Surfbirds, Black Turnstones, Rock Sandpipers,
Black Oystercatchers). How about the falcons at Skagit
Flats?

Any information for any birds would be appreciated!

I'll let everyone know what we find, when I get back to my
computer. I'll include a full report.
