Over the past few days, a Fox sparrow, clearly the fuliginosa ssp, has
been spotted foraging amongst the juncoes and the towhees at the forest
edge near my condo complex. Next year I will be able to track when these
wintering species arrive in Seahurst Park. As of yesterday AM, Mar 10,
the Varied thrushes are still here also. NO swallows have shown up yet.
Cheers,
