I could use some help. I'm preparing a class report on Great Horned Owls.
The only weights I can find in the books available to me are in the Audubon
Society Encyclopedia of North American Birds (Terres). It says males
average 245 gms, females average 280 gms. I find that hard to believe!
Does anyone have any other figures?
