Hi, Tweeters,

I'm laying myself wide open here...I may be wrong, in other words...but I
THINK I saw a Ferruginous Hawk sitting on a telephone pole alongside Mima
Road, just this side of the Mima Mounds State Park south of Littlerock. He was
enormous..at first I thought he was an immature eagle, but no, not with that
'hood' and the markings on the chest. I've seen virtually every other hawk and
falcon out here (except for Rough leggeds and Golden eagles), so
perhaps..............
I'd appreciate it if anyone can come out this way in the near future and see
if I was right.
No flames, please...I am being right up front and saying "I'm NOT SURE."
