I live in the city and use public transportation almost exclusivly. When I
want to go birdwatching outside the bounds of mass transit I rent a car for
the weekend or week. What does someone do in this situation? Does anyone
have any suggestions or experience with this? I don't want to buy a new decal
for every car I rent.
