Thanks for the response and suggestions. I don't seem to be able to change any options or preferences from my desktop, so I've requested my system administrator to look into it. It's obvious that it is a problem for only some readers. But, Jane Stewart indicated that it is an annoyance, and it bothers me that my messages are a problem, so I'll see what I can do to fix any problems that issue from this end. As Jane Westervelt and Jerry Converse said, perhaps Jane Stewart (and any others) can fix the problem on the receiving end by selecting "wrap long line" options. Regardless, I'll do what I can.
