Today Margi Palmer and I birded the Samish and Skagit Flats. High light
of the day was a Say's Phoebe on Thomas Road. The bird was on
fenceposts and wires on Thomas, North of Sunset but South of
Chuckanut(Hwy 11). Also seen from Thomas was a Peregrine Falcon.
We found Eurasian Wigeon in nearly every flock of American Wigeon we
saw.
