Hi Tweets,
My yard has been crowded with ROBINS for about a week now, and this morning
there are 10 TRUMPETER SWANS on the beach, 9 mature and 1 immature. They
have been here all morning -- I've never seen so many here or had them stay
so long (a brief sighting of 3-4 each spring is normal here at Herring
Cove, out the highway 8 miles south of Ketchikan).
Enjoyed the SANDHILL CRANES at Frenchman's Bar (Vancouver,WA) when I
visited my mom earlier this week. And the GBH's standing on their nests in
the rookery -- what a treat!
