Some context here: in the last 120 days--that's four months--there have been
exactly four days--not fourteen, or forty, but *four*-- four days that rain
hasn't fallen for at least part of the day in Vancouver BC. There have been
exactly two days in that entire period which have been sunny all day. It has
been raw, cuts-like-a-knife cold, as well, the whole winter. And the
storm-track/persistent cold Low conditions show no sign of budging any time
soon.

If La Nina ever visits Vancouver BC, the kid had better not go into any dark
alleys in Vancouver BC, fershure; there's a lot of us waiting to discuss
meteorology with the little bugger....
