Thanks to Jerry for the update on Washington beach driving laws. I left the
State Interagency Commission for Outdoor Recreation in 1975 when the law was
still on the books and was an issue of great concern to some of us. It is
good to have some progress in that arena, although the problem is still with
us, all these years later. It was also interesting to know that Oregon has
similar laws. Logical, I suppose.
