Hello Irene,
Didn't you find nutcrackers on Mt. Si about this same time last year? We'd
be interested to know if they were still around later in the season, or
whether it's just a winter phenomenon -- any ideas? We're especially
interested in any sign of breeding, for the King/Kittitas Counties breeding
bird atlas we've been working on for years. Clark's Nutcracker is rare in
King County, so any information you might have would be appreciated.
Thanks.
