While I was at GHNWR last weekend, some helpful individual pointed out that the Bottle Beach pull-off is almost directly across the road from Third Ocosta Street which is well signed as you're driving down the highway. Course, the covey of folks with scopes and the all the cars in the pull-off were pretty helpful as I arrived there on Sunday :) BTW, there is room to park along the side of Third Ocosta if the pull-off is full.

Bottle Beach is in Ocosta, east of Bay City and west of John's River. There's a gravel pull-off at a point where the road to Westport bends to the South. You have to look carefully for the sign, as it fifty feet or so off the road.
