Hi Charles,
Actually a better choice than unsubscribing is to set your Tweeters
subscription to "postpone." The message text command to send to
listproc at u.washington.edu is :
set tweeters mail postpone
--------
This stops your Tweeter's mail but still allows you to post messages to
Tweeters. When you wish to resume receiving messages from Tweeters send
a message to listproc at u.washington.edu using one of the choices below :
set tweeters mail ack
or
set tweeters mail digest
or
set tweeters mail digest-nomime
Should you wish to permanently unsubscribe send the
listproc at u.washington.edu the message :
unsubscribe tweeters
