999 acres out of a 1000 could be buried under asphalt or converted to
mowed lawn, and the birders, photographers, dog owners, hunters, joggers,
and bicyclists will not peep in protest, but on that one acre that's left,
they'll fight tooth and claw over whose use is most blessed.
